Our Environmental Promise: We use Forest
Stewardship Council certified woods or woods salvaged from downed trees.
All our boards are glassed with epoxy resin which is cleaner for our
environment and emits 50-75% less Volatile Organic Compounds than
polyester resin. In our shop we have moderate ventilation and no need
for a mask when glassing. Epoxy is lighter and stronger than polyester.
Our wood boards are nearly indestructible and should last a lifetime. Each board is quality crafted for strength, durability and concern for our environment.
Your Satisfaction Promise: Ride our boards for 30 days. If you don't like it, return it.

9'2" x 23" x 3 1/4"
Model: Chelsea
Sold
All an all cedar board with Australian Lacewood for the Sun. It's 9'2" x 23" x
3" Nose Rider, model Chelsea. Concave nose and slight V heading to tail.
Nose has little more nose rocker than traditional NR boards, mainly for
the choppy water we surf and lack of point breaks. Tail rocker starts
later than most NR, found it does a nice job of moving water out of
riders waves on cut backs. The nose will have 80/20 foil, tapering into
50/50 pinched rail then with about 5/90 on the tail for more nose lift. Nose at 12" is 18" and at tail 16". Tail block is 9"

From tail block right side looking forward to show reverse foil for more nose lift. |

9'1" x 23"x 3 1/4"
Model: Chelsea
SOLD
Nose rider with 18 1/2" nose and 15" tail. Single fin. Gor-Tex vent. All Cedar coming in at 18.5 pounds w/o fin. Concave nose, slight V heading towards tail. Has slightly more nose rocker for less than perfect surf conditions, aka, beach breaks. Easier to drop in while paddling into off-shore winds. Tail rocker starts later than many boards, provides one leg step-back for quick turns and wave adjustments. Nose rail foil is
about 90/10, mid area about 50/50 and tail is 10/90. This gives added
nose lifts and good rail holding. Our rail is a very pinched rail
profile, much like an Alaia.

9'10" Nose Rider - Single Fin
Not for sale
All Cedar, this board is 24" wide x 3 1/4" thick and weights 21 pounds.
A carry over from traditional nose riders, the fin box is placed 4 1/2"
from tail to aid in holding into wave face . Nose width at 12" is 19" and
tail width at 12" is 18 1/2" with concave in the nose area shifting to slight V out the 8 1/2" tail. Unlike historical nose riders the rail foil
starts at a 70/30 transiting into 60/40 than at the tail, about 30/70. We use pinched rails that are very much like an Alaia wood board.
This profile, coupled with a thin tail area, makes the board easy turn
while providing nose lift for nose riding.
Very manoverable while quick to gain speed and hold through sloppy sections. Fun board to ride and looks awesome enough to hang as wall art.
Sold w/o fin...sorry the fin is one I made and uses a rare type of wood.

9' 6" Nose Rider
Sold
I started this in early December. There is an exhibit in Raleigh, NC in March, that is being sponsored by NC Fine Arts Society that
we entered into, at least sent in an application for 3 dimensional art
submission. I can just see their eyes rolling, "Must be something in the
air in Calabash....a surfboard?" Well we will see. This board is being
built for that event. All the woods are matched and with exceptional
grain patterns. If it doesn't make their cut, guess I'll just have to
surf it. ;) Update: NC Fine Arts considered this superb craftsmanship but not art.
Here is 4 frames per minute video of this build out. Link to Video of how this board was built. This board is built with Western Cedar for strength, light weight and ability to create beautiful match booked panels. It is 23.5"
wide, 3.25" thick, at nose is 18.5" and tail is 16", and has our Evo
rail foils. It will have 2+1 fin array but will probably be surfed with a
Bing 10" Hatchet fin
for larger waves and a wider dolphin style fin.
Your Satisfaction Promise: Ride our boards for 30 days. If you don't like it, return it.
Sold 9'0" Competition Longboard
Built after our 8'4" Mini-Mal outline with very pinched (egg) rails. We have found with adding a tad bit of nose rocker and little flatter tail rocker, this kind of board is faster is sloppy sections, handles drops and sweet to lay a rail in on hard turns. There is enough bit to hold on turns but still rather loose. Cut out fin, 8.5" to 10" is perfect. Side bites are included, center fin is not. This kind of egg rail is not common on foam boards, to the degree we use, because it dings easily, not with wood.
Board specs: 9'0" 23" wide, 3 3/8 thick, 17" at nose, 15" at tail, 8.5" tail. Rocker 3 1/2" front, 2 3/4" rear.
Slight V about last 1/3
About 50/50 first 1/3
80/20 mid 1/3
Hard last 1/3
Side bites set at 6 degrees
Weight: 18.5 pounds
4 oz glass top/bottom with Green Room epoxy.

8'5" Mini-Malibu
All Cedar wood for lightness and
perfectly book matched for beauty. This board is 23" x 3 3/8" with
moderate nose rocker to cut through wave chop yet not enough to slow you
down. This board was build for maneuverability with pinched rails, 8"
tail, flat bottom with slight V section at back 1/3 area. This board
weights 17.5 pounds and sports Go-Pro side thrusters ( x" fins included.
Go-Pro boxes can take FCS fins with minor mods to fins. I like Go-Pro
as it allows you to adjust fin cant. This one with the deck having about
1to 2 degree can has 4 degree inserts already installed. Center fin is a
10" FCS box, no fin included. Sea turtle inlay is Abalone shell.
